Parking
There is limited parking in Bull Street, so you are advised to follow signs to the ‘Canal Side Car Park’ (immediately as you turn into Bull Street turn left into Vicarage Lane. Go to the very end of Vicarage Lane and turn left onto a small road which takes you over the railway bridge. The car park is on your right) This is approximately 5 minutes walk from the church.

How to get to Riverside
Riverside is 100m and a 2 minute walk from the church – turn left out of the church gates, walk down the hill and around the corner, and Riverside is the first house on the right . Be aware that there will be one (or two!) very friendly dogs waiting to welcome you 🙂

No gifts requested please – but, we would love your words of wisdom!
As was the situation at our wedding we have very limited space (even more so now!) so we request no christening gifts please. Instead, we would love for you to give Toby and Ellie the gift of your experience and wisdom!

This can be anything you want. It could be a letter, poem, quote, memory, photograph, song, favourite joke – whatever you choose! The only thing we ask is that you provide one for Toby and one for Ellie. These will all be put unopened in a box, kept safely and given to them to open and read on their 18th birthday!

Some ideas… Give them advice on becoming adults and how to lead a happy life, share your memories of how you know Daisy and Simon and why you are important in their lives, recommend music you think they should discover or the essential books they must read, or films they must watch, meaningful quotes or poems, and apologies for climate catastrophe and Brexit!
